Payment & Cancellation

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remainder is due 60 days prior to the course start date. Please make payments via Zelle (preferred), Venmo (@Jana-Strain-1), or PayPal. If paying by PayPal please be sure to pay the fee on your end. In Canada, please send payments via Etransfer to jana@janastrain.com.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel course attendance our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancel earlier than 60 days before course date - full refund -5% service charge
• Cancel earlier than 30 days before course date - 75% refund
• Cancel 11-29 days before course date - 50% refund
• Cancel 4-10 days before course date - 25% refund
• Cancel 72h before course date - no refund
